As part of the 22nd Semaine du Son, come and discover the IMIROIR bench, a connected audio system created by designer Cécile Planchais, in the “SEAT & FEEL” installation. The bench will be exhibited at UNESCO on Monday, January 20, 2025 from 5:30 pm, followed by sound explorations at the Institut de l’AUDITION from January 21 to 24, 63 rue de Charenton 75012 Paris. Access to UNESCO is reserved for those registered for the Semaine du Son opening evening on January 20. Its principle of sound diffusion by light vibrations acts like an enveloping massage.
This discreet listening, without headphones or screen, lends itself particularly well to a novel, sensitive and immersive sound experience, to be shared with others, without disturbing the entourage, while continuing a conversation.
The IMIROIR bench sublimates the life of its surroundings with its domed surfaces, in mirror-polished stainless steel to the extreme,
